Railway ticket cancellation fees is going to increase and 0.5% 'Swachh Bharat' service tax is going to be imposed. Just want to see even after this Railway can afford few missing basic necessary items in Railway Toilets like a 'mug' and 'handwash' in Sleeper Class or not, to keep the toilet and people 'SWACHH'. No, those things are very luxurious things and such 'facilities' starts from a AC Coachs only!!! November 08, 2015 at 03:10PM
